What is Bring It Home Return Policy?

Bring It Home return policy gives you an option to replace or exchange items purchased for reasons listed in Return Policy. You can raise a replace or exchange request within 72 hours of the purchase of the product.

How can I replace the product purchased?

You can replace products purchased from Bring It Home within 72 hours of receiving of product.

  1. Contact us via mail and state the issue with the product along with Order ID. Our customer support team will contact you to initiate the replacement of the product. Keep the item ready for pick-up or ship it to us.
  2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. Our customer support team will inform you in case pick-up option is not available in your location.
  3. If pick-up option is not available at your location you can ship it to us. In case of self-ship share the Tracking ID with our customer support team.

The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. Replacement of the product will be initiated after the pickup of the product.

How can I exchange the product purchased?

If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased you can exchange it with another product from Bring It Home. You need to raise the request within 72 hours of receiving the product.

  1. Contact us via mail and state the reason of dissatisfaction with the product along with Order ID. Our customer support team will contact you to initiate the replacement of the product. Keep the item ready for pick-up or ship it to us.
  2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. Our customer support team will inform you in case pick-up option is not available in your location.
  3. If pick-up option is not available at your location you can ship it to us. In case of self-ship, share the Tracking ID with our customer support team.

The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. Exchange of the product will be initiated as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. You can exchange the product within another product of equal or lesser value only.

Can I replace or exchange multiple products from single order?

Yes, you can. If you wish to replace or exchange multiple products from single order, contact us within 72 hours. You can raise pick-up request or self-ship the products to us. In case of self-ship, please share the Tracking ID with our customer support team.

Why my replace/exchange request has been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please contact our customer support team.

Why did the pick-up of my product fail?

Our courier partner will make three attempts, if third attempt has failed, Return Request will be marked as failed. You can raise a new request, if item satisfies the return criteria. For more details, contact our customer support team.
